When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 4 – 6 weeks of receiving your order.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, international orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed or via an alternative courier based on the order size and destination. All orders are shipped from the UK.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the dimensions and weight of your shipment and the shipping address. You can see the shipping fees during the checkout process before payment is made.
What are the customs and import charges?
Please be aware that your item(s) may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. We mark all packages for international delivery with contents and order value.
Can I change or cancel an order once it has been placed?
No, once an order has been placed and items have been paid it is not possible to make any changes. Please take care when entering the shipping details as we are not able to make any amendments.
