S'il est pratiqu\u00e9 correctement, le zekr lib\u00e8re le chercheur des distractions quotidiennes, des pens\u00e9es, des peurs et des soucis en unissant tous les aspects de son \u00eatre dans le souvenir de Dieu.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div><div class=\"vc_empty_space\"  style=\"height: 26px\" >\n\t<span class=\"vc_empty_space_inner\">\n\t\t<span class=\"empty_space_image\"  ><\/span>\n\t<\/span>\n<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"translation-block\">L'objectif du chercheur est de se connecter \u00e0 son c\u0153ur, en permettant au rythme et au flux naturel du zekr de le lib\u00e9rer des attachements du monde, mais aussi de cr\u00e9er le lien entre le cerveau et le c\u0153ur, afin de cr\u00e9er une harmonie entre les deux.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div><div class=\"vc_empty_space\"  style=\"height: 26px\" >\n\t<span class=\"vc_empty_space_inner\">\n\t\t<span class=\"empty_space_image\"  ><\/span>\n\t<\/span>\n<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"translation-block\">Dans le zekr et le sama, le c\u0153ur est le centre et tout tourne autour de lui. Une concentration totale doit r\u00e9sider dans le c\u0153ur, afin de faire l'exp\u00e9rience de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure et se connecter au v\u00e9ritable soi, le \"Je\". Cette pratique active les centres d'\u00e9nergie du corps, amor\u00e7ant le processus de purification du c\u0153ur.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div><div class=\"vc_empty_space\"  style=\"height: 26px\" >\n\t<span class=\"vc_empty_space_inner\">\n\t\t<span class=\"empty_space_image\"  ><\/span>\n\t<\/span>\n<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"translation-block\">Pendant le zekr, le chercheur doit \u00eatre si concentr\u00e9 et focalis\u00e9 sur le c\u0153ur que le mouvement lui est dict\u00e9 par les battements du c\u0153ur. Le chercheur r\u00e9p\u00e8te le mot \"Allah\" avec la plus grande attention et concentration afin que tout finisse par se dissoudre, sauf Dieu.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div><div class=\"vc_empty_space\"  style=\"height: 26px\" >\n\t<span class=\"vc_empty_space_inner\">\n\t\t<span class=\"empty_space_image\"  ><\/span>\n\t<\/span>\n<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"translation-block\">Il existe plus de 66 formes de zekr pratiqu\u00e9es dans le soufisme. L'un des mouvements du zekr est le mouvement de l'infini. La forme de zekr la plus couramment pratiqu\u00e9e consiste \u00e0 s'asseoir les jambes crois\u00e9es, \u00e0 bouger la t\u00eate, puis le corps, de gauche \u00e0 droite, puis de droite \u00e0 gauche, en cr\u00e9ant un mouvement semi-circulaire de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9, le rythme et le mouvement \u00e9tant dict\u00e9s par le c\u0153ur sous la forme du signe de l'infini.
